Positioned on the third floor, the modern apartment has a long balcony overlooking the Mediterranean,
the bedroom can be configured as a double or twin bedded room, the shower room has toilet & washbasin,
the lounge area has a 3 seater settee and extra storage area for luggage etc., plus a breakfast table
and stools. The entertainment console has a TV ( Spanish stations ), plus radio , DVD player, CD player,
and a small library. The American style kitchen opens into the lounge and is fully equipped with most
modern devices, there is a free standing drier for wet towels or washed clothes. All towels are provided.
The property manager lives in the building, and is available at most times for assistance, advice,
information etc. The balcony has a patio dining table, four chairs, and the kitchen is fully eqipped with
cutlery, glassware, crockery etc. Separate air conditionioning units are in the bedroom and lounge. The urbanistation amenities comprise of a large gated garden with two swimming pools and a fishpond with fountain. There is a designated parking space in the underground car park, and Security is provided by a guard at the gatehouse with an extra one on night patrol. The apartment building is entered either by key or by telephone
access, and you will be met on arrival by the property manager at whatever time of arrival. Leaving keys with security and making clients find their own way to the apartment is not professional. We have a large Spa and sports facility on sight, with an olympic silength pool, spa pools, jacuzzi, saunas, massage centre, and gymnasium. There are also tennis and paddel courts available for hire. A small children's playground is 50 metres away.

    • Local attractions can be visited either by car or local buses, but a car is almost essential to gain the most from a holiday in this area. Cities such as Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Jerez, Cadix and Ronda are all within a day's reach by car or tourist coach, or you can take the new AVE ( fast train ) to Madrid. There is plenty of evening entertainments of all kinds in the area, as well as outdoor attractions such as Tivoli Theme Park, two large Waterparks, Crocodile Park, Safari Park, Fuengirola Zoo and some of the best beaches in Southern Europe.
    There are countless restaurants along the coastal strips, tapas bars, some very nice shops, and lots of markets.
    It is impossible to be bored. The only drawback is that the sun shines for 320 days a year.
