This Beautiful Penthouse apartment is on the 2nd floor accessed by a lift it is in a small andalucian style complex, situated across the road from one of the best beaches along Benalmadena Costa. The apartment comprises of a good size lounge/diner fitted with sofa bed and has cable TV showing over 60 chanels. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. The kitchen is fully fitted with full oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a full bath and shower. Through the patio doors from the lounge there is a sun terrace with breathtaking sea views and to the side there are stairs to take you to the full size private roof terrace. There are two communal swimming pools and gardens on the complex and paddle tennis courts.

Low Season Price : £200
High Season Price : £425 per Week


To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost or £100 whichever is the greater with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to your holiday and a breakage deposit of £200 refundable within 7 days of departure(subject to satisfactory inspection). Cancellations made within six weeks prior to departure will only be refunded if the apartment can be re-let for the whole period.
