- South-west looking apartment with danish/swedish design with new furnitures from IKEA and electric radiators to heat the cold winternights.- Electric kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, small oven,coffeemashine,toaster, blender and all kitchen equipment that you need during your stay. 
 
- The livingroom have direct acces to the wonderful south-westfacing terrace with the most privileged views ever in Costa del Sol; seaviews (100 m from beach), mountainviews and just across the street you can see the popular Paloma Park and its lake!!! Sit down at the diningplace on the terrace and enjoy your dinner or just a cup of coffee with this gift for your eyes. 
 
- Modern livingroom with a sleepingsofa, place for dining 6 persons, TV, CD-player and a ventilator although its a nice and cool apartment because of being so close to the sea. 
 
- 1 bathroom with bathtub. Hair-dryer available. All towels are new. 
 
- 2 bedrooms; the first one with a big doblebed(160cm wide and 2mlong) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is small and has a berth and views to the Paloma Park. Here you can also find the extra linen (all new), ironboard and iron. 
 
- Camping cot and children high chair available free of charge. 
 
COMMUNAL AREA: 
- The aparment is on a second floor (of four) Lovely tipical andalusian communal area with a lot of trees and flowers and a big communal pool where you can enjoy the many sunbeds available for the guests or you can relax on a sunbed in the garden under a tree reading a book or having a siesta. 
 
- In the complex you also have a great restaurant with a enormous terrace looking down to the pool and wonderful seaviews. Here you can have menus or “a la carta”. In summertime they have livemusic to entertain! Restaurant is paid apart from the apartment. 
 
- At the entrence you have a farmacy and 100m from the apartment you have 2 small supermarkets. The big supermarket is 400m away as the modern librery with spanish and english books. The center of Arroyo de La Miel is only 600m up the hill crossing the Paloma Park. 

In the apartment you have all cooking utils that you may need to have a pleasent stay; microwave, oven, coffeemashine, waterboiler, toaster, turmi, detergent (to washingmashine), fridge and freezer. And for the families with children you have cot and high chair without no extra fees! The apartment has got the best situation: ONLY 100 M FROM A 2 KM LONG BEACH (beach arroyo de la miel) that has got all necessary for the tourist as renting of : waterbike, kayac, sunbeds and parasols. The beach ends in BENALMADENA PORT that is well known for its latin atmosphere with all its restaurants, bars, discos, shops and boattrips.

TIVOLI AMUSEMENT PARK with concerts in summertime, SELWO DOLFIN- AND PENGUIN-PARK, the only CABLE CAR on the Costa del Sol that takes you up to the top of the mountain with incredible views all over the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. Here you can enjoy an aeagleshow or just enjoing the views with a cup of coffee. 
 
THE PALOMA PARK (entrance just across the street) is a wonderful place to walk around the lake seing animals like swans, pelicans and ducks or you can have a walk escorted by the rabbits, chicken, gooses and peacocks as they live in freedom. The park has got 2 children parks with swings and many other things. The Paloma Park is one of Benalmadenas proudness and the ENTRENCE IS FREE. 
 
In less than 5 km we have a CROCODILE PARK AND 2 WATER LANDS and 8 km away a ZOO. 
 
Only 1500 meters from the DOCTOR HOUSE ( 24 hours) and 3 km from the international hospital.
