Lovely apt. on sunny side of building with views of the garden and path down to beautiful enclosed and secluded gardens and large pool. The apt has ample sized lounge, with sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs T.V DVD Free to View Channels and wall unit with storage etc.,Bedroom with twin beds, wardrope and dresser, hairdryer, Newly tiled bathroom with over bath shower with temperature control tap, Kitchen with 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, ample pots pans cups plates etc., iron and ironing board, off the lounge is the balcony which is covered in but these windows can slide back to reveal an open balcony. perfect for sunbathing, table and chairs.

The apt lies half way between beach and the bustling village of Arroyo de la Miel, in a quiet area, although there a couple of bars nearby and supermarket also nearby, train and bus routes close by too, a great location for everything you could want and more.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is required and the remainder of the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival date, if booking cancelled 8 weeks or less before arrival no refund available. Payments made directly in to my bank account by bank transfer, to which on receipt I will send a conformation E-mail, or if arriving on a late deal payment on arrival in cash in either sterling or euros.

A suppliment of 30 euros per person per week if more than 2 people in apt.,

There is also a 30euro charge for cleaning at the end of your stay.
