Our beautiful 2-bedroomed apartment is part of a small, exclusive, complex of only 16 stunning apartments.  
 
Montealmendros is situated in a peaceful rural location in-between the gourmet capital of Benahavis and the old town of San Pedro de Alcantara.  
 
The apartment and complex are finished and maintained to an extremely high standard, are surrounded by unspoilt pine-clad countryside and possess stunning views out to sea. The beautifully furnished apartment is in a quiet and tranquil area which is perfect for relaxing but with great facilities on the doorstep. 
 
Montealmendros 2D is an exclusive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxurious apartment set in the Benhavis hills with sea views overlooking the coastline of San Pedro through an unspoilt pine-tree lined valley.  
 
This immaculate apartment (142m sq) is self-catering, hot & cold air-conditioning, large shared pool, two seperate balconies overlooking the pool and with sea views, modern fully-fitted kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, washing machine/laundry room, TV/DVD, underground secure car parking.  
 
Within 10 minutes of the apartment you can be enjoying the many fabulous restaurants of Benahavis, enjoying the old town of San Pedro and Estepona, jet skiing at numerous beaches, playing golf on the many nearby golf courses of Los Arqueros, La Zagaleta and La Quinta or partying the night away in Puerto Banus.  
 
The accommodation comprises of: 
 
a. A large double bedroom with a queen size bed; ensuite marble bathroom with jacuzzi bath; shower over the bath; wc & bidet. 
 
b. A 2nd bedroom with twin beds. 
 
c. A seperate shower room with wc. 
 
d. Entrance hall. 
 
e. Large living room with 2 comfortable leather settees and tv/dvd. 
 
f. Dining area with seating for 4. 
 
g. Fully fitted kitchen and seperate laundry room with washing machine and drying area. 
 
There is air-conditioning and heating throughout the apartment. 
 
There are 2 separate balconies both overlooking the sea and ensuring all-day sun. The first/main balcony runs along the front of the apartment and is accessible from both of the bedrooms and the lounge/dining area. The second balcony is to the side of the property and is accessible from the lounge/dining area. 
 
The swimming pool is only yards away from the apartment - you walk out of the apartment and down a few steps and you are at the pool. 
 
The apartment is on the 2nd floor - it is very secure with outside shutters, grilles on accessible windows and dead locks on all doors. 
 
Due to the rural location I would recommend hiring a car should you wish to explore the area and beaches - although it is a 10 minute walk to local amenities including a bank, supermarket, taxi rank, bars and restaurants. It is easy to book a taxi due to the close proximity of the taxi rank and the cost of a taxi into Puerto Banus is 12euros.

    • Golf: The Costa del Sol is home to 48 Golf Courses and we are perfectly situated within Marbella's famous Golf Valley. The nearest course is Los Arqueros, which is only minutesaway. La Zagaleta and La Quinta are within 10 minutes. Tennis, squash and gym facilities are also available at Los Arqueros. 
     
    Tennis: Courts are available at Los Arqueros for 10euros per hour. 
     
    Puerto Banus: Brimming with restaurants, bars, clubs and yachts. 10 minutes from the apartment. 
     
    Beaches: 10 minutes from plenty of lovely sandy beaches.  
     
    Marbella Town: 15 minutes drive. 
     
    San Pedro/Benahavis: Old Spanish towns with tapas bars and plenty of restaurants. 
     
    Ronda: 40 minutes from the historical town of Ronda with its bullring and stunning gorge. 
     
    Kids: 2 Aquaparks are 25 minutes away at Torremolinos and Mijas. Crocodile Park in Torremolinos, Zoo at Selwoo (20 mins). Tivoli World Theme Park at Benalmodena (25 mins).

    £100 deposit will be requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation and to act as a deposit. This will be refunded in full upon confirmation that our Term and Conditions have been met and upon return of the apartment keys. Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment can be made in either Euros by bank transfer or in GBP by cheque or bank transfer. SHORT STAYS: We can accommodate short stays at £80 a night; however, should you wish to book fewer nights you will need to pay a £65 surcharge to cover the cleaning costs. CLEANING: The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival with fresh bed linen and towels. If you require an additional clean including a change of linen and towels, there is a charge of £65. COTS & HIGH CHAIRS are available at £30 each per week or part week. ADDITIONAL BED: An additional bed is available for £50 per week.
