Location
Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Benahavis overlooking the River Guadalmina in a peaceful spot, surrounded by the mountains Las Mozas is in a perfect location with its shops,bars and restaurants.

There is a wonderful choice of country walks around Benahavis, the surrounding views offer artists many opportunities and there are many golf courses and beaches within a few kilometres drive. Plus if you seek some bright lights and world class shopping and nightlife Marbella and Puerto Banus are also nearby.

Accommodation

In a private gated community of just 27 luxury apartments built round a sparkling pool pool and subtropical gardens with palms and fruit trees (imagine picking a lemon from the tree for your pre-dinner drink) these apartments offer spacious and supremely comfortable accommodation.

The apartments (two or three bedrooms)

The apartments are stylishly furnished to a very high standard and enjoy air conditioning and heating. There is everything you need here for a perfect holiday.

There is a large living/dining room with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is one two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a simply huge terrace that enjoys superb views and is furnished as a wonderful outside room - from the terrace there are steps down to the gardens .Three apartments are on the first floor and have large balconies also with incredible views.

The penthouses (one bedroom or studio)

Great value for a couple EXCLUSIVE TO SPANISH PORTFOLIO

We are now able to offer, exclusively, a one bedroom penthouse and a large studio penthouse that have large private terraces with panoramic views and all day sun. Although smaller and more simply equipped than the other apartments they have everything you need for a great holiday and offer excellent value for money.

One has a comfortable living room with an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. The other is a magnificent studio with a sleeping area with a double bed, a sitting area and a small separate kitchen. Both have a large and very private terrace, which are wonderful places to relax. The apartments are approached by lift and then a flight of stairs

•All prices are in Euros. •For advance bookings a deposit of 30% of the booking value must be received within 5 days to confirm the booking. The balance must be received 8 weeks before arrival. •For bookings within 8 weeks of the arrival date the full rental sum must be received within 5 days to confirm the booking. •There is also a damage deposit of £200.
