This Studio is ideal for a couple, with a terrace, oriented to the East with excellent views to the mountain. It is equipped with TV. and all you need for cooking (crockery, cutlery etc), fridge, microwave, toaster and hob.We don't admit children under 12.

Means of access; The Airport is to about 14 km. Can be taken a taxi that costs from 20 to 25 Euros. In buss until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre another buss, the number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban buss station are to about 5 km, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. In order to move by the city a BUS PASS for 10 trips costs 5.90 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information. The villa where the studios/apartment are located includes terraces in different levels, and has been constructed in an Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderón, one of the best residential districts of Malaga East with excellent views to the mountain and the sea. It is a calm zone surrounded by pines, where you can relax hearing the singing of the birds. With parking just at the door, which is very complicated and expensive in the centre of Malaga. Only 300m away, there is a commercial centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and stores. 1,300m away is the MARINE STROLL OF PEDREGALEJO, zone of restaurants and bars where you can be seated in a terrace to taste the famous fried pescaito of Malaga and other Mediterranean dishes like the PAELLA, with wonderful views of the bay.

A security deposit will be required in advance of 20% to secure the booking, which will be returned in full subject to breakages etc, when vacating the property on departure. Payment will be required in cash upon arrival, for the whole amount agreed.
