The apartment is located in PINOS DE ALHAURIN - 5 min. drive from the village of Alhaurin de la Torre. Pinos de Alhaurin (Pines of Alhaurin) is a pretty residential neighbourhood nestled in a hillside of pines. Alhaurin de la Grande is a 5 min drive, Malaga Airport 15 min, and the beach 20 min.

This is a very spacious apartment (170 sq. metres)comprising huge living/dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, large games room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom comprising shower enclosure, wash basin and wc. Normally sleeps 4 but 2 additional beds can be made available on request and comfortably located in living room, games room or one in each of the bedrooms.

ALHAURIN DE LA TORRE is idealy situated for beaches, mountains, golf, shopping, culture, reservoirs, sleepy villages and lively towns/cities.
The beaches of Torremolinos and Benalmadena are approx. 20-30 min. drive.
There are several golf courses, the closest one 5 min drive.
Plaza Mayor - a large complex with Leisure Center, shops, Ikea, and local train (which runs from Malaga to Fuengirola) is a 15 min drive.
Ronda (3hrs), Granada, Cordoba, Seville, and Gibraltar (2-2.5 hrs) are interesting day trips.

Children will find plenty to keep them amused - to mention a few - Zoo, Safari Park, Tivoli World, Water Park, and of course the Apes of Gibraltar.

MALAGA CITY - For those who prefer not to drive while in the city, you can park the car and 'hop on' the Malaga City Sightseeing Bus (the view from the Gibralfaro Fort is splendid).
There are numerous festivals - the Easter processions (Semana Santa), although solemn, are breathtaking. On the lighter side, Malaga Feria (August) is very colourful and lively.

CAR RENTAL - To be able to fully enjoy your stay we highly recommend car rental. If you are very fit and energetic you can walk to the village of Alhaurin de la Torre in 25 min. and to a bus stop for transport to Malaga in 20 min. there is a very steep hill.

The patio has table and chairs and is shaded most of the day. There are four steps down to the swimming pool. There is a solar heated shower beside the pool.
