This delightful penthouse, recently re-furbished in Alcaidesa. Alcaidesa is one of the prime areas on the Costa Del Sol, with close proximity to Gibraltar. Alcaidesa has stunning beaches and many local attractions. During the summer months there are three beach bars serving cold drinks and food. The beautiful Spanish sunshine allows plenty of outdoor activities and water sports. The apartment is only a few minutes from the beach and the local commercial centre and bars. Also at Alcaidesa there are two golf courses, a links and a heathland. Other local courses are Sotogrande, San Roque, Valderama and Almenara. The marina of Sotogrande is a few miles away where there are many bars and restaurants. Go inland to find some fantastic typically Spanish cuisine and mountain views.

Tarifa, the wind surfing capital of Europe is further along the coast and a day out with a picnic is a great experience.

The penthouse has views to Gibraltar, the coast of Africa and the Med. The apartment is decorated in a modern theme. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms both ensuite. The master bedroom is on a mezzanine level and s light and airy. The second double bedroom is spacious with ensuite bathroom. There is a generous sized living/dining area with fitted kitchen and washing machine. The large terrace attracts the sun all day and has stunning views. A barbeque is available on the terrace to give extra outdoor living. The urbanisation has two swimming pools, one very large and one children's pool, paddle court, gym and laundry room. The urbanisation is secure and entered by security gates with own key. There is generous parking.

Flights to/from Gibraltar are a fifteen minute drive away.
Flights to/from Malaga are on a fast motorway route around an hour and fifteen minutes away.

This apartment is not recommended for disabled or elderly as it is located on the second floor.

The owner will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising ut of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. We advise you to arrange travel insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property.
