Alcaidesa has been called the New Golden Mile of Southern Spain.It was always famous for its golden beaches and close proximity to Gibraltar and Morrocco.It has carefully developed as an upmarket tourist area with two new Golf Courses and is within 5 miles of Sotogrande. It is two miles off the Motorway with direct links to three airports.
It is an area to relax in beautiful surroudings and enjoy all the activities Spain offers.
This gated complex enjoys its own swimming pools,gymnasium,paddle court and laudry.There are only 100 apartments spread over 6 levels.
This apartment. with arguably the best views of the arera,faces the Mediterranean Sea with views of Gibraltar, Morroco and one of the golf courses. The rear terrace faces 3 holes of the other golf course and the mountains behind.The evening views are breath taking!
The apartment is part of a complex specially built for tourists and is one of the few properties registered with the Spanish Tourist Authority.
The owners bought the property new three years ago for their retirement and are continually upgrading it.
All floors are beautiful terracotta tiles and all windows are double glazed. Both living room and master bedrrom have patio doors leading onto the south facing terrace.The furnishing are top quality and the apartment is fully equipped. The standard air-conditioning was replaced last year and also provides heating inthe winter months.
The area has all the facilities one would expect of an upmarket area without all the crowds etc of the typical Spanish Resort.
It is a sportman's paradise with over 30 golf course within 15 miles and is next to Sotgrande the Polo Centre for Europe.
It is an ideal base for touring the diversity the area offers eg
Twenty miles away is Tariffa the European Centre for Windsurfing!
Gibralatar 5 miles by the new motorway. A town epitomising England without the rain!
Apart from its historical connections it is also renowned for its tax free sales!
Rhonda Take the train,winding up through the mountains, and you will understand why Rhonda is the most visited Spanish Attraction!
La Linea built on the Spanish border with Gibraltar. A true Spanish town with a Bull Ring! Excellent local markets and giving the true flavour of Spain! New Shopping Centre with Factory Outlets of Designer Fashion with amazing discounts.
Morroco 90 minutes by ferry. Two ferry terminals within 20 miles. A fascinating day excursion into another world!
Puerto Banus 20 miles The Bling Centre for Spain.The harbour sinking under the wieght of 2 million pound yachts. The restaurants are surprisingly not too expensive. Sit at a bar and watch the crowds walking along the front!
Marabella - 25 miles - described as a concrete jungle of Designer Shops and Designer Cars!
Whilst there is so much to do in the area its attraction must be Alcaidesa's tranquility and elegance. You come here to relax enjoy the views and weather and occasionally venture into the outside world.

The master bedroom has its ensuite with bath. The shower was replced in the secong bathroom with a bouble size shower.
Activities
There are large marinas within 15 miles where boats cab be hired and fishing trips are organised.

A 10% deposit to be paid within 4 weeks of booking. Balance to be paid within 4 weeks of renatl period. The owners Citroen Picasso can be used from Malaga Airport for an additional fee. A 10% Damage fee is to included with the rental. This will be returned within 28 days after the rental. The rental can be paid by cheque or Bank Transfer in either Britsh Pounds or Euros. It can also be paid through Pay Pal in either British Pounds or American Dollars. There is a 3% excess for paying by this method/
