This luxury apartment was new in February 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/ dining room , fully fitted kitchen and utility room with a washing machine. It has air conditioning/climate control (cooling and heating) in all rooms. 
 
The lounge and one of the bedrooms open onto a large south facing patio. There is a private lawned area in front of the patio and the apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens. There are 4 large (25 metre) communal swimming pools in the development which do not get crowded and the blue flag beach is within walking distance. Alternatively you can drive to the village square (3 minutes) and park there (free) and then walk straight on to the beach near the beach bar and restaurant, 
 
There is no through traffic in Alcaidesa so it is a very safe area for children 
 
There is also an underground garage for use by guests. 
 
The apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture and has a 32 inch flat screen T.V with freeview and a DVD player. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, fridge- freezer, microwave and a washing machine.  
There are several good restaurants in Alcaidesa and the golf club serves excellent meals and snacks. The beautiful port of Sotogrande is only 10 minutes drive away with a great variety of restaurants. Gibraltar and Duquesa ports are also close. La Linea and San Roque ( 5- 10 mins drive) are typical Spanish towns with plenty of tapas bars etc. 
 
There is a set of golf clubs and four tennis rackets and balls available for the use of guests and some beach toys. There is a selection of books and games (monopoly, scrabble cluedo, card games and children’s games. In addition there is a book there in which previous guests have written about enjoyable days out, sports facilities, good restaurants etc. 
 
The property is managed by an English person who lives in Alcaidesa. She would meet you and explain how everything works and is on hand to give help and advice and would deal with any problems that might occur. In addition she can arrange extra services e.g. shopping, washing, cleaning if required. (payable locally)

A 2 or 3 day trip on a 38-ft skippered sailboat can be arranged during or after the end of your stay BEACH Sandy blue flag beach. Beach bar for barbeques and quality restaurant meals in the evenings. There are several other restaurants - 2 in the main square, a pizzeria, La Vista which provides top quality food and a panoramic view across to the rock of Gibraltar. Sotogrande is 10mins drive away and has excellent restaurants and shops.

A fully refundable damage deposit of 200Euros is also required at the same time as full payment. We are happy to consider mid-week arrivals and departures (cheaper air fares mid-week!) and also short or long lettings. For several families wanting to take a holiday together it might be possible to arrange the rental of another apartment near to this one. Welcome pack or full shopping service is available.(payable locally) All linen and towels (including beach towels) are included with the rental price. If required cleaning or linen changes during your stay can be arranged.
