The Villa 
Casa De Suenos is situated in a peaceful countryside setting above the picturesque village of Bedar with stunning views over the natural countryside, the Cabrera mountains and in the distance the Mediterranean sea. The coastal resorts of Mojacar Playa, Garrucha & Vera Playa are just 15kms away. 
 
This detached three bedroom villa is beautifully furnished and comprises of: 
Ground Floor: Lounge / Diner - two leather settees, dining table & chairs, Satellite TV, DVD & CD players,  
Kitchen - fully fitted including electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Terrace housing washing machine & tumble dryer.

Bedar 
Bedar is a small village nestling in the lower slopes of the Filabres Mountains. In it’s narrow streets and alleyways you will find all things necessary for your everday needs ie supermarket, bars/restaurants, the bakery where you can buy freshly made bread and croissants, and every Wedneday there is a market. 
 
Mojacar 
Mojacar is a town located on the southern border of Spain, 152m above sea level, it overlooks 5km of sandy white beaches and the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. Mojacar is Spain unspoilt. With an extended summer season it offers blue skies with yearly average temperature of 23°C and the summer temperature very often in the mid to high thirties. Mojacar is split into the Playa (beach) and the Pueblo (village). The village is set up in the hills and with it’s white buildings can be seen from the playa. 
 
Garrucha 
Garrucha is a small fishing town nestled between Mojacar Playa and Vera Playa. It has a 2km long promenade that spans the length of the town where you have the choice to, sit and relax and watch the locals bring in their catch, take a stroll, or sample one of the many coffee bars or seafood restaurants. A market is held in the town every Friday. 
 
Local Area  
We are based on the coastline of Almeria, in the very desirable area of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera Playa: with 17 kms of beautiful beaches, secluded coves, spectacular mountain views, quaint villages and breath-taking landscapes. 
We can boast 320 days of glorious sunshine, warm breezes and a healthy lifestyle. In fact many people come to the area for health reasons, as the climate is a lot dryer and warmer than anywhere Europe. It is an ideal holiday location not just in summer months, but all year round.

      High Season Price: €1,260 per Week
         

    RESERVATION We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost to reserve the property for you. If you book less than eight weeks prior to the rental agreement commencement date, full payment will be required on booking. We reserve the right not to accept bookings from single sex groups, or to charge an additional security deposit. SECURITY DEPOSIT You will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of 225 euros, this is to be paid at the time your balance is due. This will be held to cover any breakages or damage to the property, should this not be adequate to cover such charges, it is a condition of booking that you pay any balance due immediately following notification. PAYMENT Payments can be made via bank transfer or via credit or debit card Please note that there is a 1.8% surcharge for card payments
