Situated in Las Cabanuelas in the province of Almeria (Southern Spain) in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Alpujarras mountains. Ideal for a tranquil holiday or with easy access to numerous beaches, golf, and Almeria town. The villa is Andalusian style with arches. It is detached, spacious and attractively furnished with stunning mountain views from all aspects. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A large lounge, with a wood burner, dining room, sun lounge, outside walled private barbecue area, with large patio areas.  
 
The villa is in a quiet residential area. It has a large garden with native shrubs, and patio areas for outside dining, with mountain views. 
 
5 minutes walk from the villa there is a small supermarket selling local produce (try the bread baked on site),bank, farmacia and various tapas bars/restaurants. 
 
15 minutes drive from the villa you will find beaches, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, golf, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas. 
 
Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, historic sites, museums. 
 
Water park 15 mins away, local fiestas depending on month. 
 
We are 5 minutes away should you need us and welcome all of our guests personally on arrival.

    • Experts and tourists alike can enrich their knowledge with a visit to the greenhouses where ecological products are grown using the most modern techniques while respecting the natural environment. There are also resorts within easy reach of natural areas of great environmental importance, such as Salinas de Cerrillos. These salt marshes were already put to use by the Moors of Al-Andalus, and have been declared an area of special interest for birds (Zona de Especial Interés para las Aves – ZEPA), which makes them very attractive for birdwatchers. 
     
    The Natural and Reserve Area Punta Entinas-Sabinar is located next to the salt marshes. It is an ecosystem formed by dunes, beaches and lagoons, which is the nesting area chosen by many birds. Around two hundred species of birds are known to be present in the area.
