Jacaranda is a beautiful family villa set in its own private garden on the Valle Del Este Golf Resort at Vera in Almeria, Spain. Jacaranda has its own private swimming pool with sunterraces and shadey areas beneath the mature Jacaranda trees.
From the upstairs landing is a door to a sun terrace and built in BBQ area with dining table and chairs under a covered pergola, ideal for dining alfresco. Views are across the golf course from this area.
There is reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
The Valle del Este Golf Course Resort has a hotel, open to non residents and a small commercial centre with restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel has a spa centre and gym, a golf shop, restaurant and bar. We can help to arrange golf tee times for you on this interesting golf course, landscaped with palms, olives, grasses and water features.
Jacaranda is just 15 minutes from the fishing port in Garrucha with its excellent seafood/fish restaurants and the beach bars and restaurants along the 17 km beach front of Mojacar. There are a further 5 golf courses all within no more than 25 minutes drive for the keen golfers.

We understand that with the increasing charges for luggage, space is at its premium, so we supply all the towels for use in the villa, a beach towel each and a hairdrier at no additional cost.

On the first floor is an entrance hall with a comfortable sitting room with open fire place, TV with full SKY package for sports programs, and patio doors to the mature gardens, dining room again with doors to the pool terrace and a well equipped kitchen. There is ample fridge/freezer space, dishwasher and washing machine with all electric cooking oven hobs.
Also on this floor to the other side of the entrance hall is a cloakroom and two twin bedded rooms, both with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and the other has an en-suite shower room and doors to the garden. Upstairs is the third bedroom with its own full bathroom, fitted wardrobes and two sets of doors to different terrace areas.
A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 euros per hour.

About Antas:
The agricultural wealth of Antas was discovered early in neolithic times, from archeological remains discovered in El Aljaroque, El Garcel and La Pernera, where a slate idol was unearthed that gave the area it's name. However, it was in the Bronze age that Antas became the center of a prehistoric empire with the establishment of Argar and the Algorica culture which rolled out across southeastern Spain between 1900 and 1300BC.
