Brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in an enclosed residential complex with controlled access in Vera on the Costa de Almeria. This fully furnished house will comfortably sleep 6 guests. There is also a sofabed in the lounge to sleep two additional guests.

To the right of the house is a tennis court and behind the house is an outdoor swimming pool and beyond that is a spa. The spa contains a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath, water jet and fitness room/gym. Within the beautifully landscaped gardens of the resort with tropical plants and water features, there are additional pools and childrens play area.

This resort is suitable for holidays throughout the year due to the mild climate and the spa and sports facilities.
