This new 2 bedroom duplex apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has luxury fitments. It has the benefit of both a front terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and swimming pool and also a very large roof solarium of 75 sq m giving all day sunshine in both summer and winter! Table and chairs are provided for dining in the evening whilst watching the sunset. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobes with access to a small balcony, all towels and linen provided. The property has a fully furnished kitchen which includes oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave and a separate utility room with washing machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two comfortable chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV with satellite and DVD player. There is a large shared pool which is gated for safety and set in beautiful gardens plus all the facilities of the Valle del Este Hotel with excellent restaurants ideal for those who don't want to cook on holiday ! There is also a very large outdoor Hotel swimming pool with large terraces for sunbathing.The Hotel has its own health spa and gym. The golf resort also offers paddle tennis and a new small commercial centre with a few bars and cafe's with beautiful views down the golf course, plus some shops and an Internet cafe.Use of the excellent beach complex at Vera Playa with its own restaurants, pool and water sports is also available.

Nearby at Vera Playa there is the only Water Park in the area, Parque Acuatico. Here you can take a thrilling ride on one of the many flumes or sit and relax by one of three swimming pools. There is an excellent selection of water shoots and slides and a children’s section with a play area and their own water slides. The park is open from May until the end of September. Also you can enjoy a day out at one of the Wild Wild West shows near Tabernas this is where Sergio Leone filmed many spaghetti westerns - a real fun day for all.

Prices listed are per week: British £ November - March 200 April - May 250 June/Sept/October 300 July/August 350 Christmas/New Year 250 Strictly NO Smoking. When you make a booking, a deposit of 25% (by cheque) is required to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks before your arrival date. Damages, a returnable deposit of £200 must be paid by the hirer at the time of paying the final balance. Payment for any damages, breakages or missing inventory items, ie loss of key, will be deducted from the damages deposit. Cancellation Charges are as follows: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - No Charge 4 - 8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate 2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate
