Both bedrooms are spacious with large windows (with shutters) and ceiling fans. Each is furnished with comfortable twin beds, which can be kept separate or coverted into doubles using union clips. Bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample storage space in the fitted wardrobes and have mirrors and a chest of drawers.

About the Complex:
The Valle del Este Golf Resort is only a short walk, where you will find all the amenities of a 4 star Golf Club including a Spa, swimming pool, games room, creche and an extensive range of services. Valle del Este Golf resort also offers a Pro Shop, where you can buy all necessary equipment and a range of fashionable sports clothing along with a restaurant and bar.

There is also a commercial centre on the complex with a supermarket, bank, shops, internet cafe and various other bars/restaurants and shops.

The towns of Vera and Garrucha are a few minutes drive, here you can find several shops selling a variety of products from food items, clothing and jewelery to pottery and souvenirs. Also only a few minutes drive are the beach resorts of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera Playa. The Aqua park at Vera Playa with its many slides is only a 15 minute drive and there is also a choice of another 3 golf courses within a 20 minute drive

About the Area:
Up until recently Vera has been reasonably undiscovered mainly because the budget airlines were not flying to the Costa Almeria. Now that they are tourism is booming. Vera is a historical picturesque Spanish town, with many interesting historical buildings to visit. It has a fine array of shops and is renowned for its cuisine, from simple tapas to up-market restaurants, Vera is a great place to eat out. Each Saturday morning from 9-2pm there is a market selling local produce in the main street of Vera, it has a great atmosphere and good quality items for sale. There is a water park in Vera called Park Aquatico, it is open from May till September, and well worth going on a hot Spanish day. The Vera bull ring is a historical bull fighting ring, that has been reconstructed in keeping with the old style. There are still bull fights here today. There is also a museum on bull fighting.

The Costa Almeria is as varied as any of the Spanish Coasts. The coast is completely unspoilt.

To the east of Almeria we find the rugged and desolate coast of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar natural park. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as many of the coves can only be reached on foot. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers.

This is the driest part of Europe with approximately 320 days of sunshine each year. The Almeria region is one of the last parts of Spain to be developed, and does not have the mass tourism of the other 'costas'. 'Mini Hollywood' is about an hour away, near Tabernas, where many spaghetti westerns were shot.

The apartment is situated on the Valle Del Este Championship Golf Course & Spa Complex. This apartment is ideal both as a base for golfing holidays & family holidays with its nature trails and miles of walking & biking tracks, it is also within easy reach of the spa hotel and resort amenities. There is something for everyone with Vera Aqua park, safe clean beaches, horse riding and real Spanish towns like Garrucha & Mojacar with good shops, restaurants, bars and clubs just minutes away. The apartment is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard with 2 bedrooms both with twin beds, 1 en-suite, both with fitted wardrobes. The lounge area is furnished with 2 sofas (1 sofa-bed), coffee table, TV cabinet with TV and DVD player while the dining area consists of a dining table with 6 chairs and a sideboard. The furnished balcony overlooks one of 5 pools and has great views of the Sierra Cabrera Moutains.

Low Season Price : £150 High Season Price : £350 per Week
When you make a booking a deposit of 25% is required to confirm it. Payment can be made in either € or Sterling to our UK Bank or Spanish Bank – details of which will be advised. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. When the balance is paid, we also ask for a separate refundable cheque for £150 as a deposit to cover the unlikely event of missing or damage to inventory items including loss of keys. A map of directions to the property will be forwarded to you once the deposit has been received. Finally we wish you a very pleasant stay, and we welcome any feedback (good or bad) so we can improve your stay in the future. Cancellation Charges are as follows: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge. 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate. 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of the total rental rate. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of the total rate.
