The apartment, comfortable and fully equipped, is privately owned, 2nd (top floor) with it’s own private sunroof. It is air-conditioned (heat and cold), in a small complex on the prestigious golf course. The complex has it’s own residents swimming pool and separate children’s pool surrounded by grass making it ideal for a family and/or golfers break. The Valle del Este Beach resort, on the Vera beach, also has an excellent fresh water pool and bar/restaurant giving complimentary access to residents – only 10 minutes drive away. The Golf Resort Hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Cafeteria/Bar and Poolside Grill Restaurant. Recreational faculties include a fitness centre, state-of-the-art Spa with heated and cold pools, together with a Sauna and Steam room. For Golf Information, see 'Notes' below. 
 
Please note: 
That all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. There is fairly large air-conditioning unit (which is reversible - cool/heat) which is located in the lounge/dining room. This unit should provide enough air-conditioning for the bedrooms. Children over the age of 10 are welcome At present, there is a CD/DVD player but not a VHS video payer General Horse riding, a large Water Park, and a modern go carting track. For the naturist, there is the Vera Playa Naturist Resort.
