Large 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom apartment for rent at Val De Este Golf Course in Mojacar, Almeria. The apartment has spacious lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) double bedroom and twin bedroom. The apartment is fully airconditioned, has UK satellite tv and dvd player. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.The community has a communal pool and paddle courts, small shopping centre and a hotel on the golf course.
Clients have the use of Val De Este Beach Club with sailing, pools, bar and restaurant. There is a shuttle bus for clients use.
Car hire is highly recommended to experience the area although airport transfers can be arranged.
Welcome packs can be ordered for late arrivals.
Facilities
This property is managed by local management company Almeria Property Services who are on hand for you during your stay should you require any assistance. The price of your rental includes final clean and laundry but extra cleaning and laundry can be arranged with Almeria Property Services and paid for locally.
Activities
Quad Bikes can be hired in Mojacar. There is a large water park at Vera Playa approximately 10 minutes from the apartment. Mojacar Playa has many facilitites available.
