The apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning; a bathroom with bath / shower, wc, bidet and basin; a separate shower and toilet room; a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hob and a seperate utility area with washing machine.

There is a good sized living area with dining table, sofas, satellite TV and patio doors leading out to the terrace and private garden which overlooks the 4th fairway.

The Los Almendros complex has been tastefully designed with communal landscaped gardens, a large swimming pool, padel tennis court, security gated entrance and parking areas.

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Four Star Hotel & Spa complex and the Commercial Centre where there are bars, restaurants, a supermarket, hairdressers and a few other shops.

This is a an ideal location for golfers as the 18 hole, 5696 meter long par 71 course is kept in excellent condition all year round. It can be a challenging course that utilises the desert landscape beautifully.

Apart from the wonderful Valle del Este course, other courses within a short drive include: Playa Macenas, Marina Golf, Cortijo Grande and the prestigious Desert Springs.
Within a one hour drive you will find more courses such as Alboran, La Envia and Playa Serena.

Away from the world of golf other attractions in the area include Vera Aqua Park, Go-karting, Trekking, Scuba Diving and within a short drive Oasys Mini Hollywood, Sorbas Caves and lots more!

With easy access to the A7/E15 motorway it makes the journey from either Almería or Murcia airports quick and easy.
Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged and the transfer time from Almería aiport is approximately 50 minutes (75km) and Murcia airport 90 minutes (140km).
