Our lovely Villa is ideally situated for relaxing family holidays. Close to the beach and having a large shared pool with childrens pool also. It is very comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything you will require.
The gardens..front and back are hard landscaped and the front has parking for up to 3 vehicles. The bedrooms are all doubles (with double beds) 2 are ensuite and the third has a bathroon adjacent. The large sitting/dining room has satellite TV and radio/cd player. There is a large terrace to the front of the villa and also off the first floor master bedroom. 100 metre walk to the gated and grassed pool area. Through a secure gate to the beach.

Just a short walk from the villa you will find bars and restaurants etc. a short car ride away is a water fun park and a large supermarket (Consum).Villaricos is 5 minutes away by car and is a very picturesque fishing village, there is a very good market held on sundays 10am tll 2pm. Garroucha which is a short car journey in the other direction has great restaurants especially for locally caught seafood. Market day is friday. Mojacar is about 10 minutes away and a beautiful, glittering, white village clinging to the hillside.....fantastic views from here. Market held on wednesdays. Further along the coast is the Cabo de Gato national park, well worth the drive through stunning scenery and wonderful beaches.Carbonares in particular. The famous Desert Springs golfing complex is 10 minutes drive. So plenty to do or just relax by the pool or on the beach.
