This house has been built in the traditional Andalucian style on a beautiful new complex with controlled access in Vera on the Costa de Almeria. It consists of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and fully fitted kitchen and utility room. The lounge/diner has a tv, dvd, hi-fi system and a playstation. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge so sleeps a total of 7 seven people and a cot is also available. The property has air conditioning and central heating.

There is a small furnished patio downstairs and a upstairs has a large sun terrace which enjoys views of the sea and mountains. Here you can enjoy the sun from early morning until sunset.

Costa de Almeria is on the south east coast of Spain and is one of the warmest and driest areas of the country with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park which extends 30 km along the coast and three hours to the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The town of Vera is a typical Spanish town and the area is ideal for all year round sunshine. Vera Playa is an extensive beach (part of which is reserved for naturists). The picturesque village of Mojacar Puebla with its whitewashed houses and narrow cobbled streets is a 10 minute drive away. Within a few minutes drive there is an aquapark, golf courses, go-karting, many shops and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive up the coast takes you to many small rocky coves suitable for diving and snorkeling.

The nearest airport is Almeria which is approximately a 45 minute drive away, Murcia is approximately 1 hour 20 mins. Car hire is recommended although airport transfers could be arranged.
