A brand new 2 bed 2 bath penthouse apartment with private solarium and plunge pool.

The property is furnished to a very high standard with a twin bedroom and double bedroom. The double bedroom has ensuite and there is a family bathroom. The lounge has tv, dvd, sofa and patio doors to a good sized terrace with stairs to a private roof top solarium. All rooms have ceiling fans and airconditioning/heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary utensils. There is an oven, fridge, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

There are lifts and a communal pool.

Garrucha and Mojacar is about a 10-15 minute drive. There are bars and resturants just outside the complex, supermarket and Aqua park is about a 4-3 minute drive.

Electric is paid for locally via a coin slot meter. Vera Beach 3 minutes walk.

They are on hand throughout your stay should you need them and can assist with airport transfer and meet and greets if required. The cost of the rental includes final clean but additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged and paid for locally with Almeria Property Services.

    • Vera Playa is divided into two areas - naturist and textile.The beach is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The beaches of Puerto Rey are a short drive away as are Garrucha and Mojacar. There is a selection of small bars and restaurants close to the apartment but you will find more shops, bars and restaurants in Garrucha and Mojacar. There is a sports centre in Puerto Rey offering tennis and paddle courts. The water park is approx 4 minutes drive from the apartment and is an enjoyable day out. There are two supermarkets within a short drive.

A security deposit of 200 euros is payable on arrival which is returned by bank transfer once the apartment has been checked after your departure.
