The property is furnished to a very high standard with fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, dvd and all crockery and cutlery. The apartment has airconditioning throughout. Linen is provided other than beach/pool towels. This apartment is suitable for families or couples. There is a twin bedroom with family shower room and master bedroom with ensuite.

There is a new pool bar and restaurant with elevated terrace overlooking the lagoon pool. English speaking staff.

There are 2 communal swimming pools one of which is a lagoon pool with a fantastic water fall. Security gate on entry to the development with security guard. Key fob is required (refundable deposit for this required on arrival). Car parking space provided.

This property is managed by local management company Almeria Property Services. They are on hand throughout your stay should you need them and can assist with airport transfer and meet and greets if required. The cost of the rental includes final clean but additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged and paid for locally with Almeria Property Services.

Vera Playa is divided into two areas - naturist and textile. The beaches of Puerto Rey are a short drive away as are Garrucha and Mojacar. You will find more shops, bars and restaurants in Garrucha and Mojacar. There is a sports centre in Puerto Rey offering tennis and paddle courts. The water park is approx 4 minutes drive from the apartment and is an enjoyable day out. There are two supermarkets within a short drive.
