The rental charge covers up to 4 people in apartment.
WE GIVE A 10% DISCOUNT OFF WEEKLY RATES FOR 2+ WEEK BOOKINGS & 15% DISCOUNT FOR 3+ WEEK BOOKINGS.
A £150(or €150)deposit is required to secure booking and full balance is payable one month prior to arrival. Payment accepted by cheque,bank transfer or PAYPAL.
Cost includes rental, linen, towels. A charge of €55 is payable for cleaning on arrival. Cots & high chairs can be arranged at a local charge. Airport transfers available.
Air-conditioning is available for small supplementary charge if required.
Apartment available from 2pm on day of arrival and departure is by midday unless arranged otherwise.
Cancellation policy - if the booking is cancelled (a) more than 42 days before commencement date, the deposit will be lost,(b) 42 to 15 days before commencement date, 50% of total cost will be payable, (c) 14 days to commencement date, 100% of total cost will be payable.

We all had a fantastic time staying at the apartment, it really was fabulous. Our first impressions were just how clean it was and it was ncely furnished and well equipped... and then the kids discovered the pool! It was hard getting them out after that. And then my brother and I discovered the bar/restaurant within the complex and oh yeah, it was hard getting us out of there after that! It was well situated close to local amenities and the beach.

Thumbs up for your agent. They were very friendly and extremely puntual. As well on the handing over as on returning the key. The apartment was more than OK, the weather beyond expectation and the Pueblo Salinas complex overwhelming. We fully understand why you bought this place. What more can we say?
Delightful Apartment
We have owned and rented this apartment since 2007. It is a very lovely and comfortable apartment with all mod-cons. It is kept in tip-top condition by our local agents who live nearby. We have had many excellent testimonials from people who have stayed previously. It is set in the beautifully landscaped Pueblo Salinas complex which has many facilities on site including an excellent restaurant & bar (with free wi-fi), swimming pool and supermarket. The wonderful Vera Playa beach is just a few minutes away as well as a fantastic water park nearby. There are also many delightful restaurants in the area and many interesting places to visit further afield. Desert Springs golf course with its excellent club house and restaurant, which you can visit even if not playing golf,and its Crocodile Club for children is particularly recommended. Details of all these places is given in our portfolio in the apartment.
