This is a modern two bedroomed first floor apartment that has a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom and double bed settee in lounge so comfortably sleeps six people. There is a flat screen television with Sky and DVD/CD player so when the sun gets too much home entertainment is at your fingertips! This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and fridge/freezer. Both bathrooms have showers and baths so there is plenty of space to prepare for a night out! The complex has a security controlled entrance and a private parking space. There are beautiful communal garden areas along with an outdoor and indoor pool, tennis court and play areas for the children. The balcony of the apartment overlooks the pool and gardens.

    • The nearest supermarket is a two minute walk away. All bedding and towels are provided and cleaning and linen change at any time throughout your stay can be arranged with the apartment manager Carol. The security gate is manned throughout the day. The outdoor pool is right opposite the apartment and has a life guard for the busy hours of the day, and in cooler weather the heated indoor pool is a luxury. There is a waterpark less than 2KM away as well as a choice of several golf courses. There are many shops, banks and restaurants nearby along with daily markets in the various towns close by. The beaches are all of blue flag quality and stretch for approximately 17KM and is only 1.8KM from apartment.

    • There are lots of places of interest including the only Desert in Europe Tabernas. This is where many hollywood westerns were filmed such as 'A Fist Full of Dollars' and 'The Magnificent Seven' to name but a few. You can visit 'OASYS' which is a recreation of a wild west town complete with saloon girls and gun fights. There are at least seven championship golf courses within a ten mile radius. Sierra Nevada mountain range is two hours drive away with skiing available in winter months. There are quad bike/go-kart/horse riding centres nearby as well as a waterpark for the children. The beautful hillside white washed town of Mojacar Pueblo is a fifteen minute drive away. The town of Garrucha has a commercial, fishing and leisure port and hosts the best fish restaurants in the area. Night clubs are dotted along the coast from Vera Playa, Garrucha and Mojacar.

    Deposits are required eight to ten weeks before departure. For late bookings payment in full would be required before departure. Payment is accepted by cheque. If booking cancelled then deposit cannot be refunded.
