This newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa completed April 2008. Large pool with shower, tiled patio area complete with sun loungers and patio furniture for your use around the pool. Also a large solarium overlooking the pool with great mountain views especially at sunset. Double gates that open for parking the car. San Juan de los Terreros is a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes drive. It offers great sandy beaches and a beautiful palm tree lined promenade, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket and bank. New golf course 5 minutes drive up in the mountains.  
 
The villa has a mountain view back drop. It benefits from its own, private pool and is set in a peaceful, relaxing location.

    • Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe, large wall mirror, air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds with extra pullout guest bed, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan, air conditioning. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with large vanity unity, 900x900 shower and WC. Bathroom 2 with large mirror, bidet, WC, bath with shower attachment. Kitchen: Halogen hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, extractor hood, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with crockery and utensils plus patio crockery. Living Rooms: Dining/living room as 3 seater sofa bed (sleeps 2 persons) and a 2 seater sofa. TV with freeview (BBC, ITV etc) coffee tables, dining table seating 6, 2 ceiling fans and DVD player. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen from local management company 10 euros per set. A charge of 60 euros will be made for the cleaning of villa at end of holiday.

    • Private pool, large table and chairs, car parking and sun loungers. The pool is not enclosed so young children 
    would have to be supervised. 
    San Juan is a 10 min. stroll away and still retains its Spainish charm. 
    There are many small beaches and coves with the main beach awarded a Blue Flag this lovely beach as soft golden sand that sloops gently into the Mediterranean. 
    Take a walk along the beach side promanade with its bars and cafes and stop for a glass of wine and tapas. 
    In the evening enjoy meal in one of the restaurants (remember no one eats before 9pm )or just have a glass of cold beer and relax. 
    For the childern there is Aquapark at Vera 10k away.  
    Aguilas is 7k away with its shopping plaza,restaurants,fishing port and the beautiful plaza Espana. 
    Garrucha with its fish restaurants and the moorish town of Moajcar are nearby. 
    GOLF COURSE AQUILON is situated in the mountains above San Juan at Jaravia
