Gorgeous brand new 2 bedroomed apartment for rent next to Playa Serena Golf Course in Roquetas, Almeria. This apartment is furnished to a very high standard and consists of double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge/diner, fitted kitchen, bathroom and second wc. The patio doors lead onto a private secluded terrace. The lounge and master bedroom have airconditioning/heating. This apartment benefits from Sky free to view satellite tv. The kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary equipment for an enjoyable stay. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a coin operated electricity meter for electricity to be paid for locally.

There is a communal pool open mid June to mid Sept only. The pool overlooks the golf course. The bars and restaurants of the resort are approx 15 minutes walk along with the beaches. There is a local bus service from the resort serving the water park, aquarium, market on a Thursday and the Gran Plaza shoppping mall with its hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema complex and bowling.

    • This apartment has the back up of a management company, Almeria Property Services. They can be contacted throughout your stay and can arrange meet and greet if required and airport transfers.     • There is a local bus service from the resort serving the water park, aquarium, market on a Thursday and the Gran Plaza shoppping mall with its hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema complex and bowling.
    Oasys is a wild western theme park with shoot outs and cancan dancers, large zoo and swimming pool. This is in Tabernas which is approximately 40 minutes drive from Roquetas. Transfers can be arranged if required. Please remember this is a desert area and can be very very hot in the summer months.

A security deposit of 200 euros is payable on arrival and refunded at the end of the rental once apartment is checked. This will be made by bank transfer.
