This apartment is situated in a quieter area of the resort approx 3 minutes walk from the beach and a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. A walk along the promenade will take you to the larger urbanisation of Roquetas with many hotels, bars and restaurants. The apartment is very well furnished with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer and washing machine. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and airconditioning/heating in the lounge. This property sleeps 6 people. It is situated on the first floor and is serviced by lifts. There is a communal pool and childrens pool. This apartment is available for short term or long term let.

This apartment is managed by Almeria Property Services who are on hand for you throughout your stay should you need any assistance, meet and greet or airport transfers.     • The Gran Plaza shopping centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants, large hypermarket, bowling alley and cinema complex, Toys R Us, McDonalds, Burger King etc is a short drive away as is Mario Water Park (open high season only).
    Oasys wild west theme park is in Tabernas which is approx 40 minutes drive from the apartment although transfers can be arranged. Here you will find wild west shoot outs and can can dancers, very very large zoo and swimming pool to cool off after a day in the desert heat.

Balance is payable in cash on arrival or bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival. security deposit of 200 euros is payable on arrival and refunded at the end of the rental once apartment is checked. This will be made by bank transfer.
