Vacation Rental Description
Luxurious apartment for rent in Roquetas de Mar. This apartment is beautifully furnished with leather furniture. It is situated on the ground floor with large terrace overlooking the communal pool. The complex is beautifully landscaped. This apartment offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, security safe and patio doors leading to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the terrace. The spacious bright lounge has 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, Sky TV and dvd and 2 patio doors to the terrace. There is a family shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and again has access to the terrace.The patio is furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds and there is an electric barbeque for guests use. All linen and towels provided except pool and beach towels.
This apartment is close to the beaches of Roquetas de Mar and the Salt marshes with naturist beach and tranquil walks. The urbanisation of Roquetas is close with it´s array of hotels, bars, restaurants and shops. The Playa Serena Golf Course is at the side of this complex and the communal pool overlooks the fairway. Please call for golfing information. The Gran Plaza shopping centre is a short drive away with many bars, restaurants, shops and large hypermarket. Mario Water Park is close to the plaza and the Thursday market is opposite (always a popular choice). Car hire is recommended at this apartment to fully appreciate the area.
Airport transfers can be arranged. Welcome food packs can be ordered.
Facilities
The urbanisation of Roquetas with beaches, bars and restaurants is within 20 minutes walk however, car hire is recommended due to the very high summer temperatures. Property looked after by local management company Almeria Property Services who are contactable 24 hours a day. A meet and greet service is available and also airport transfers. Final clean is included in rental cost but should extra cleaning be required this can be arranged and paid for locally.
Activities
Oasys wild west park and zoo is a favourite attraction. This is situated in Tabernas which is the official desert of Europe. This can be reached by car (approx 40 minutes drive) or organised excursions can be booked in the resort. Well worth a day out with the children. Many Wild West films have been made here including The Good The Bad and The Ugly.
Mario Water Park is a short drive away and is open high season only (closed around 3rd September).
Gran Plaza Shopping Centre is a short drive away or reached by local bus. Many shops are found here, tapas bars and restaurants (including the inevitable McDonalds) and bowling alley.
