Fully equipped 1 bed apartment, in residential complex close to the beach - with double bed (bedroom) and sofa bed in lounge. Balcony terrace with furniture. Satalite TV, DVD, full air-con, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. All linen and towels provided plus beach towels and beach equipment. Films, music and books provided. Lift and stair access. Communal pool with seperate splash pool for toddlers. Short or long let available. Ideally located central to both the Harbour and urbanisation areas. An amazing beach and promenade, water parks, go-karting, shopping centre, cinema complex, bull ring all nearby. Visit Cabo De Gata the national park area where flamingos breed. 1.5 hr journey to Granada, Mojacar. 20 minutes from Almeria Airport. Great for cycling as the area is fairly flat within Roquetas. A great selection of restaurants from Spanish, italian, Indian, Chinese, tapa bars in abundance as well as typical british/irish bars. Fabulous weather almost all year.
