A 2 bed 1 bath penthouse apartment with sea views in Buena Vista {Good Views} Roquetas De Mar. The property is furnished to a very high standard, fully fitted kitchen with white goods, hot/cold air conditioning through out and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. In the lounge there are 2 and 3 seater sofa's, 36" wall mounted flat screen tv with over 300 English channels and is complemented with full centrel surround sound. From the lounge there are patio door leading to a large terrace for that "al fresco' touch with stairs to a private walled solarium with sunbeds and shower. There is a large shared pool and childrens pool with private gardens.In the immediate area there are plenty of shops, bars, resturants, supermarket, doctor, dentist and hotels which offer evening entertainment to none residents. The beach and bars are a 2 minute walk from the main entrance. A 12 kilometer flat promonade along the front will take you to either the urbanization or port area. There is a bus service on the main road which can take you to either the water Park, Aquarium, Go kart track and the Gran Plaza. In the Gran Plaza there is fantastic shopping, cinema, fast food chains Mc Donalds, Domino's Pizza, KFC, Burger King and childrens ammusment area with bowling ally's.
