Situated on the edge of the Cabo de Gata, 5km from Almeria airport and 13km from Almeria town centre. A modern very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment on the side of the Alboran golf course. Each bedroom has twin beds thus sleeping 6 regularly, a further 2 people can be accomodated in the lounge. There are 2 bathrooms one with full bath and bidet the other is a shower room. A large flatscreen TV in the lounge with access to both terrestrial Spanish TV and satellite freeview English TV. DVD player and a music system (cd, mp3, radio). Kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with: Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cooker & Hob, Washing machine and Dryer. The whole apartment has AirCon/Heating. Outside the south facing garden has a large table and chairs plus 2 reclining lougers and 2 sunbeds. There is also a small BBQ. Wheelchair access is via a ramp and also a lift (this is from the garage area). There are however about four steps down into the garden so these need to be considered. There are two communal swimming pools and a children's play area. 300metres away is the beach and there are hotels, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The local bus will take you into Almeria town centre where there are many things to see and do. There are plenty of small villages to visit, There is an information file in the apartment giving lots of suggestions of places to visit.

Next to the Alboran Golf course, see their website at alborangolf.com for further information. There are paddle courts on the complex see photos. Local shops for foods etc. Local bars and restaurants and 5 ****Hotels all within easy walking distance. The beach is 300 metres. Major shopping can be done at the large supermarkets in local towns or in Almeria town. The children's playground is at rear of the property. Biking and horse riding can be arrange through the hotels. In the winter Granada and some of the villages on the way to Granada have facilities for skiing. The Cabo de Gata is famous as a Nature Park and has many hiking trails to follow. In San Jose just about 25 minutes away, there are plenty of water sport such as boating, water skiing, snorkelling and deep sea diving. The Oasys theme park which is a Western Theme park also has a Zoo and there is a large swimming pool to enjoy all within the same entry price.

High Season Price : £700 per Week

These prices are for 6 people or fewer sharing. If more than six are staying then an extra charge will be made. Please ask for details. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on confirmation of booking with the remaining balance due six weeks before the rental date. If booking is made within 6 weeks of the rental date then the full amount is due on confirmation of booking. On arrival a £200 security deposit is required, this is refundable after inspection of the property. A deduction will be made for any extreme breakages/damages or if the property is left unacceptably dirty thus requiring extra cleaning to be done. Cleaning is carried out at the end of your stay. If you require a mid-stay cleaning an extra charge of £25 will be made. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, personal cheque (please allow 7 days for clearing), cash or PayPal.
