This luxurious 5 bedroom detached villa is idyllically situated in the peaceful countryside, on the edge of the town of Vera and is set in approximately 3 acres of fully fenced and gated, landscaped gardens. 
The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home and has its own swimming pool, Sky satellite TV, is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated and has wireless internet connection. 
Access to the villa is via its own private gated entrance and sweeping driveway with feature old olive tree (from where the villa gets its name). Ample parking for several vehicles. 
The accommodation comprises of: 
Entrance hall with shoe cupboard and large marbled staircase leading to 
Master bedroom (upstairs) with double bed, wardrobes, air-conditioning and double doors leading out onto a large balcony with magnificent country views and distant sea views. 
Large en-suite bathroom with vanity sink unit, bath with shower, separate shower cubicle and wc. 
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with twin beds, wardrobe, air-conditioning and access onto the large balcony.  
En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, wc, bidet and basin. 
On the ground floor: 
Bedroom 3 with double bed, dressing table, wardrobes, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and doors out onto the large terraces. 
En-suite Shower Room with walk-in shower cubicle, wc, bidet and basin. 
Bedroom 4 with twin beds, wardrobes, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and doors out onto the large terraces. 
Bedroom 5 with twin beds, wardrobes, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and doors out onto the large terraces. 
Family bathroom: bath with shower, bidet, wc and basin. 
Separate shower room with shower cubicle, wc and basin. 
 
Luxury, fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, eye level oven, separate hob, butler sink, island unit and granite work surfaces. 
Separate laundry room with washing machine and drinks fridge. 
Breakfast room: table with seating for 6, music centre, ceiling fan. 
Dining room: large dining table with seating for 6, sideboard and doors through to: 
Conservatory with table and seating for 6, comfortable chairs, blinds and all round views of the area. Doors out onto the large terraces. 
Large Lounge with 3 leather sofas, widescreen TV with Sky satellite, DVD, music centre and air-conditioning. Doors leading out onto the large terraces.  
All rooms have mosquito nets at the windows and sliding nets at the doors. 
 
Exterior 
Large, shaded terrace stretching the length of the villa, with patio tables and chairs. 
Steps down to beautiful cacti garden leading to further terrace with gazebo (for shade). 
Further steps down to the very private swimming pool with waterfall, sun loungers and lawned area. 
Shaded parking for cars.  
The gardens that surround the villa are beautiful with magnificent all round views and many palm trees, native plants and a variety of fruit trees.

Manager’s Comments If you are looking for luxury, this villa has to be your choice. With huge rooms, all fitted out to a high standard, there is plenty of room for everyone. The location is ideal, quiet with wonderful views of the area and the sea and just 10 minutes drive to the beach. There are many good restaurants within 5 minutes drive, serving a variety of food and many activities to pursue throughout your holiday. We are happy to pre-book activities for you, such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.

The villa is less than 5 minutes drive from the championship golf course – Valle del Este and 15 minutes from the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. There are two further courses within 25 minutes drive, Marina Golf located besides the sea and Cortijo Grande situated in the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera. 
The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc. 
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 20 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 10 minutes. 
The town of Vera is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks, chemists and a busy market every Saturday.
