This luxurious 5 bedroom detached villa is idyllically situated in the peaceful countryside, on the edge of the village of Antas and is set in 2 acres of fully fenced and gated, landscaped gardens.
The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home and has its own large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, private tennis court, conservatory and has full central heating and air cooling/heating system. There is wireless internet connection for laptop users.

Master bedroom (upstairs) with double bed, wardrobes, dressing table, air-conditioning and double sofa bed. Doors out onto a good size balcony with sun loungers and superb country views.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with double beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 (ground floor) with bunk beds and single bed, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player and Nintendo 64 games console with games, making this an ideal children’s room.

Dining Room with dining table and seating for 8 and air-conditioning
Good size, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, corner sink and granite work surfaces.
Large Lounge with 3 sofas, marble fireplace with gas fire, TV with Sky satellite package, DVD and video, air-conditioning. Doors leading out onto large patio terrace.

Beside the pool is a large conservatory with air-conditioning, football table, ceiling fan and cane furniture.
Full size private tennis court with goal post and basketball net.

Attractive gardens with all round views surround the villa with various fruit trees including oranges, lemons, mangos and olives and many established native plants and trees

The villa is only 15 minutes drive from the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 25 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 15 minutes.
The village of Antas is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a chemist.

This wonderful villa has every possible luxury to make your stay a memory that will last forever. With the huge pool, tennis court, jacuzzi and loads of outside space, you can’t fail to have fun.
The location is very quiet yet within 5 minutes drive of the motorway and only 15 minutes drive of the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area, serving a variety of food and plenty of activities to suit all age groups. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking, fishing trips etc and are available to give directions/recommendations if needed.
