Steps down to large pool terrace – 12m x 6m private swimming pool with roman end. Sun loungers and free-standing hammocks. (Pool heating is available for an extra charge of 300GBP per week – please enquire when booking). 
Outside lounge area/shelter with fire/bbq with seating and table & chairs. 
Beside the pool is a large conservatory with air-conditioning, football table, ceiling fan and cane furniture. 
Full size private tennis court with goal post and basketball net. 
Outside toilet with wc and basin. 
Remote controlled awning to provide extra shade when needed. 
Attractive gardens with all round views surround the villa with various fruit trees including oranges, lemons, mangos and olives and many established native plants and trees 
There is ample parking on the large driveway for several cars.

Managers Comments This wonderful villa has every possible luxury to make your stay a memory that will last forever. With the huge pool, tennis court, jacuzzi and loads of outside space, you can’t fail to have fun. The location is very quiet yet within 5 minutes drive of the motorway and only 15 minutes drive of the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area, serving a variety of food and plenty of activities to suit all age groups. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking, fishing trips etc and are available to give directions/recommendations if needed.

The villa is only 15 minutes drive from the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc. 
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 25 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 15 minutes. 
The village of Antas is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a chemist.
