This beautiful, detached family home is set in 1 acre of grounds and is ideally situated just below the historical village of Mojacar Pueblo. 
The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home and has its own large swimming pool, wireless internet connection for laptop users and amazing views of the Mojacar valley. 
The accommodation comprises of: 
Entrance hall leading to 
Good size, fully equipped kitchen with range style cooker and hood, dishwasher, granite work surfaces, dining table with seating for 8 and doors out onto the large balcony/terrace. 
Large lounge with 3 sofa’s, TV with Sky satellite, DVD, air-conditioning, board games and ceiling fan. 
Cloakroom with wc and basin. 
Marbled staircase leading down to: 
Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and TV with Sky satellite and DVD. 
Large En-suite Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and wc. 
Bedroom 2: Large room with 2 single beds, drawers and ceiling fan. 
En-suite Bathroom: with jacuzzi bath, wc, bidet and basin. 
Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds and ceiling fan. 
Bedroom 4: (childrens room) with double sofa bed, ceiling fan, childrens board games, books and comics, TV with video and DVD.

Bedroom 5: with single bed and ceiling fan. 
Exterior 
 
Upstairs terrace area with fantastic views of Mojacar village and the surrounding area, table and chairs. Overlooking the swimming pool. 
Downstairs poolside terrace: large private swimming pool (11 x 5) with roman end, pool shower, sun loungers, table tennis, gas bbq, table and chairs, outside toilet and pool house/bar. 
This is a very secluded, walled area with orange, lemon and fig trees.  
There is ample parking on the driveway.

Manager’s Comments It has to be stressed how conveniently situated this villa is – you really have the best of everything. Wonderful views and a peaceful location yet within a couple of minutes drive of the resort beaches of Mojacar Playa and walking distance from the village. The villa is only let for a few weeks of the year and is a family home for the remainder meaning that it truly is a home from home with absolutely everything you could need. There are many good restaurants in the area serving a variety of food and activities to suit every age group and taste. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.

The villa is only 20 minutes drive from both the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort and only 5 minutes from the Marina Golf Course. The area has many activities including the Vera water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, go-karting etc. 
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 3 minute drive from the villa or a 20 minute walk and the village of Mojacar is within walking distance.
