El Pinar nestles in the hills of the Sierra los Filabres mountain range, close to the villages of Bedar and Los Gallardos and a short drive from the coastal resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha.

With breath taking panoramic views the villa is a tranquil holiday location but still has the beaches and tourist attractions only a short drive away.

The villa comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with wardrobes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans; a large lounge / dining area with ceiling fans and a log burning stove; kitchen, bathroom, a second living / reception room, terrace, courtyard and a 10 x 4 m pool with sun loungers.

The property benefits from gas central heating, satellite TV in the lounge and double bedroom and mosquito screens throughout.

The village of El Pinar has an excellent bar & restaurant serving a varied menu including "menu del día" options.
The bar also has a large swimming pool that is free to use if you are dining or 4€ per person if not.

Local villages such as Los Gallardos offer more bars, restaurants and shops to choose from.
