Tranquil setting in the hills just outside the authentic Spanish village of Bedar which offers all amenities, good restaurants and tapas bars. Approximately 20mins from the popular coastal resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha with theirstunning beaches 
 
In the private courtyard there is a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area ideal for Alfresco dining. Perfect setting for family holidays with many attractions in the surrounding area.

    • Large entrance hall with sweeping marble stair case and wrought iron chandler. Entrance hall leads to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with log fire, central heating. Modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher fridge, rangemaster stove and microwave. Two double doors leading to pool and BBQ area. Bedrooms 1.Master bedroom with king size bed. En suite with power shower cubicle and double ended bath. From the bedroom there is a private balcony with galley kitchen and dining area. 2.Bedroom two with en suite, double bed and cot if required. 3.Bedroom three with en suite and double bed.Double doors leading to summer room with fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. This room will sleep 4 if required.

    • Bedar, a south facing, charming and relatively unspoiled village is a pretty and tranquil area. The village has a number of restaurants and inexpensive traditional tapas bars, local market weekly, bakery for fresh bread daily, small supermarket, chemist and bank. 
     
    There are visible remnants of the mines built in the 19th century to exploit the abundant mineral deposits in the area. Their old railway tracks making ideal hiking routes. 
     
    Close by there are many other interesting places to visit; the Tabernas desert where many films and commercials have been filmed ( the latest being David Beckham shooting the Pepsi commercial) which has now two closely linked theme parks; Fort Bravo-Texas-Hollywood and Oasys-Mini-Hollywood and Zoo. There are also the Alhambra Palace in Granada, the caves of Sorbas, Roquetas del Mar, Aqua Park and many more attractions including five golf courses within easy reach.

    30% deposit on booking, balance payable 8weeks before start of holiday. The above tariff is for 7 nights sleeping up to 8 people. Please note the Air Conditioning is a cost option (a surcharge of €50 per week if required,payable on arrival) Change over days normally Saturday. Linen and towels are provided. a refundable security deposit of £200 per booking is required. We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer in euros or pounds sterling
