The house is in the heart of Mojacar with a beautiful private garden and community swimming pool. The house is a holiday family home fully equipped with airconditioning, heating, satelite t.v, dvd player, hifi, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer e.t.c. There are 3 double bedrooms on the top floor with a fully fitted bathroom, on the ground floor there is the dining room and lounge which looks out onto the garden, a second bathroom and the kitchen and utility room. 
The street is quiet and residential yet when you walk around the corner you find yourself on the beach next to the comercial shopping centre, restaurants, banks, the pharmacy and music entertainment bars. Therefore there is the best both worlds for all types of holiday makers.  
In mojacar nearby there are a couple of golf courses, horse riding stables, dive centres, bike rentals and great beach bars to chill out at. Various excursions are available to Granada, Tabernas where you can see the old spaghetti western film sets and there is a huge water park on Vera beach. The local tourist information centre is on the beach just down the road from the house and there they will fill you in on all that is available in the area.  
Mojacar is famous for the moors and christians festival in June which is an absolute must and in August there are live concerts and entertainment going on all the time in the village square.  
The beaches in this area are truely spectacular that stretch for kilometres of unspoilt white sand. The natural park is definately worth a visit with it's open expanses and a stunning coastline down to Cabo de Gata. A great a area for keen bird watchers.
