On the exclusive Marina De La Torre, this luxury penthouse apartment has stunning 180 degree views - to the rear overlooking an 18 hole golf course and its lake, the Cabrera Mountains, Mojacar Pueblo, the gardens belonging to the apartments and the outdoor pools. To the front it is second line to the blue waters of the Mediterranean and has stunning views of the sea and Garrucha Harbour. It is a wonderful evening pastime to sip a drink and watch the fishing boats returning after the days catch! It has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), two private terraces and a roof top solarium. All the terraces have tables, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ and plants. There is an open plan kitchen to a large lounge/dining room. It has bright, light modern decor with superior furnishings. It is fully air conditioned throughout, has an entry phone, English satellite televisions to two rooms, Spanish TV, dishwasher, washing machine, secure underground parking and locking gates into apartments. Although penthouse only ground and first floor below - Mojacar is low rise and only two story residential properties can be built with a small number of penthouses on top. The apartment overlooks the Marina Golf Course on Marina de la Torre and this is divided in two by a headland with wonderful sea views to one side and cultivated landscapes to the other. It is an 18 hole, 72 par course that features three lakes. Services include a restaurant,cafe,shop,school,equipment and buggy hire. Many other Golf courses can be found close by such as the renowned Desert Springs, Valle del Este and the Cortijo Grande.
Close by Waterpark, Go-Karting, Mini Holywood(Sergio Leoni films made here)and the Cabo de Gata National Park.
To venture further afield a day trip can be taken to Granada to see the fabulous Moorish Ahambra Palace or in winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains. There are ancient cave paintings in Sorbas and Cuevas. The 5 Star hotel that the apartment looks out over has as its centre building the renovated Palace de la Marina built by the Marguis de Chavarri - it will have a casino when it opens.

Apartment available from 3 pm. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am. on day of departure Price includes air conditioning, heating, electric, gas, fresh bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels Please note that beach towels are not included.
