With 2 bedrooms, First is a double with queen size bed, large fitted wardrobes and doors opening onto the sun terrace. Second is a triple with single and double beds light and airy with pine furniture. Rooms are newly furnished and accommodate 5 in comfort. The fully tiled bathroom includes a bidet, vanity unit basin, bath and shower. There is a fully fitted kitchen, including large fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine. The lounge dining room, has satellite TV with UK channels, DVD (with a library of films to watch), sofa, dining table and chairs, CD radio and serving hatch to separate kitchen. Double doors open onto the sun terrace. Vehicular access is through electrically operated door, car parking is on the same level as the apartment. Corridors are wide and well lit, with access to all levels including the communal roof terrace via the lifts or stairs. Outside there is a large private sun terrace facing the sea and overlooking the pool, which is perfect for eating or sitting out in the evenings. Entrance to the complex is via an electronic access to the underground parking for vehicles and walk up access from the beach through the security. The apartment has its own car parking space a short walk from the door and on the same level as the apartment. The apartment block is serviced by three lifts and wide airy staircases if you are on foot.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 25 Oct - 14 Mar 175 15 Mar - 18 Jul 300 19 Jul - 5 Sep 400 6 Sep - 24 Oct 300 (Pool shuts 30th (Friday) May School holidays £400 Part weeks are pro rata with a 3 day minimum stay. Extra days will be charged at 1/7th of the weekly rate. We offer attractive discounts for lets longer than 3 weeks. Prices include cleaning, laundry and energy costs. We require 20% deposit to confirm bookings. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Long lets are occasionally available November to March @ £525 per Month.
