This lovely apartment is family owned and as such is comfortably decorated. The two bedrooms are modern and have fitted wardrobes for easy storage. The en suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, whilst the main bathroom has a bath with shower attached. The kitchen has absolutely everything you might need and not only in pots, pans and serving dishes. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The main living area has a sofa-bed and a good selection of English books as well as a TV. We encourage our guests to make use of all our facilities as if the apartment is their own.

    • This family owned apartment is on a lovely friendly complex, completed in 2006. There is a communal children's play area, indoor and outdoor pools making it an all season venue. The sea is just 10 minutes walk away. 15 minutes gets you to a supermarket, restaurants and the only waterpark on the east coast of Andalucia. The private balcony overlooks the hills of Mojacar Pueblo. If you have a car, you could visit a different beach every day of a 2 week holiday and never drive more than 20 minutes. Desert Springs, Cortijo Grande and Vale D'Este golf courses are very close and are welcoming to visiting golfers with a handicap certificate. There are a plethora of other activities for those who like to explore, from caving to horse riding, from mountain biking to deep sea fishing.     • The only snow resort in Spain, Pradallono, is about 1 hour 40 minutes drive away making it just about feasible as a day trip. 
    There is a Water Park (open in season only) within sight of the Apartment. 
    There is a plethora of little shops in all the local towns, but for bigger shopping, Murcia or Almeria is recommended (both about 1 hour drive away).

    7 day no-obligation reservation whilst you book your flights (Almeria or Murcia airports) £100 deposit to confirm your dates (refundable after your holiday less breakages/damage) Full rental required 8 weeks prior to travel. Cancellation - full refund if the property can be re-let.
