Vacation Rental Description
Las Estrellas is a beautiful well maintained villa at the most elevated point of Las Negras. Which doesn´t mean that the beach is far. The distance to the sea is about 1500 meters.  
Entering the property first you enter the back garden (about 1000m2)with large terrace with garden furniture and swimming pool with deck chairs. 
Entering the house you first come to the huge reception room from where you have access to the bedrooms, living and partly open kitchen. 
 
The house itself is spacious and consists of 1 spacious en suite bedroom and 2 more bedrooms which share the second bathroom. The en suite bedroom does have direct access to the front terrace. 
 
The living is also spacious and disposes of gas chimney, and electric radiators, there is a satellite TV with International channels, a DVD player and a music system. 
 
The kitchen disposes of electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster and American fridge.  
 
The dining offers room for 6 people to enjoy their dinner and enjoying the sea view at the same time. 
From the dining and living you can enter the big terrace with dining table at the front where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets ever. 
 
At last, there is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer iron.

    • Although the house doesn´t dispose of air con because you don´t need it at this elevated position, all bedrooms are equipped with fans. The private pool will be cleaned entirely on weekly basis. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen linen will be provided once. On request there will be cleaning service.

    • Las Negras is situated in the heart of the Natural Park ¨Cabo de Gata¨. 
    Parque Natural in Spanish means a preserved area with no high buildings, and a protected coastline. 
    This also implicates you won´t find here night clubs and disco´s. Of course there are lots of pubs and restaurants to visit. 
    In Las Negras and the surroundings people mostly enjoy the tranquillity. It became very rare in Spain to find a village right at the beach where mass tourism didn´t take place.  
    This area is famous for hiking possibilities and for it´s under water world. 
     
    What you can do in Las Negras is taking a diving course, go mountain biking or hire a canoe.
