The property is located in a peaceful location 30 minutes drive away from the tourist area and beaches of Mojacar. Ideal if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with your own private swimming pool. There are plenty of activities in the grounds which include crazy golf, darts, pool, snooker, bowling alley and gym. There is of course a bar next to the swimming pool where you can enjoy a long cool drink whilst soaking up the rays on tone of the many sunbeds. 
 
The village of Urcal is a 5 minute drive away and has an English restaurant, two bars and two mini supermarkets.
