Main Description
This lovely apartment is family owned and as such is comfortably decorated. The two bedrooms are modern and have fitted wardrobes for easy storage. The en suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, whilst the main bathroom has a bath with shower attached. The kitchen has absolutely everything you might need and not only in pots, pans and serving dishes. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The main living area has a sofa-bed and a good selection of English books as well as a TV. We encourage our guests to make use of all our facilities as if the apartment is their own.

There is a plethora of little shops in all the local towns, but for bigger shopping, Murcia or Almeria is recommended (both about 1 hour drive away).

This family owned apartment is on a lovely friendly complex, completed in 2006. There is a communal children's play area, indoor and outdoor pools making it an all season venue. The sea is just 10 minutes walk away. 15 minutes gets you to a supermarket, restaurants and the only waterpark on the east coast of Andalucia. The private balcony overlooks the hills of Mojacar Pueblo. If you have a car, you could visit a different beach every day of a 2 week holiday and never drive more than 20 minutes. Desert Springs, Cortijo Grande and Vale D'Este golf courses are very close and are welcoming to visiting golfers with a handicap certificate. There are a plethora of other activities for those who like to explore, from caving to horse riding, from mountain biking to deep sea fishing.
