Brand new 2 bedroomed apartment for rent in Roquetas, Almeria. This apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has double bedroom and twin bedroom (single bed with pull out bed underneath). The bathroom has bath and shower. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is airconditioning/heating in the lounge and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom. The open plan lounge/kitchen has access to the balcony with outside furniture. The fitted kitchen comprises of oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge and washing machine. All crockery and linen is provided (please bring your own beach towels). The wide beaches are beautifully kept and bathing is very safe. The beaches are never crowded here and are lined by a long promenade which takes you to the port area of Roquetas with gorgeous fish restaurants and tapas bars.

The apartment is situated at the end of Avenida Mediterranean with it´s array of shops, restaurants, bars and tapas bars. This area is very Spanish although the main urbanisation with large hotels, English bars and more restaurants is a short walk along the palm lined seafront. The local bus stops opposite the apartments where you can reach the Gran Plaza shopping centre with bars, restaurants, hypermarket, bowling alley and cinema complex. The bus also serves the large Thursday market (not on the last Thursday of the month), Mario water park (open mid June to 3 September only) and the Aquarium.

Take a trip to Oasys which is a wild west park complete with western shows, pools and zoo. This is out at Tabernas which is the official desert of Europe and is approx 1 hours drive from Roquetas. Transfers can be arranged for you.
Mario Waterpark is a fun day out and a short drive or bus ride from the apartment. The Gran Plaza Shopping centre is a bus ride away and has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants (including the inevitable McDonalds), bowling alley and cinema. There is a sports centre within a couple of minutes walk where you can hire tennis courts.

30% non refundable deposit payable on booking either by credit or debit card or bank transfer. Balance payable in cash on arrival or 6 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer. security deposit of 200 euros is payable on arrival and refunded at the end of the rental once apartment is checked. This will be made by bank transfer.
