Four bedroom two bathroom semi detached house on two levels with front and back garden.The back garden overlooks the 15th green of the Gary Player designed golf course.There is a large shared outdoor pool and small toddlers pool just yards fom the house.The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the 1000 yacht marina, with bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute walk.The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with on street parking.

kettle,toaster and coffee percolator.Good selection of quality pots and pans including a paella pan and
several regional cook books.
Large living room with dining table,two sofas and a rocking chair.French windows to back garden.
Fully working log fire for (winter golfers).Flat screen tv with Sky Plus package including Sky Sports.
DVD and CD players. Internet access and bookcase.
The back garden is fully tiled with outdoor furniture including two tables and chairs,sun loungers and barbeque
The bedrooms are light and airy with plenty of wardrobe storage. There is a hair dryer in each room.
Towels and bedding are provided with a free change of bedding weekly.
Beach towels are also provided.

One of our property`s key advantages is that it is a house and not an apartment and there are no restrictions regarding the use of barbeques etc.
It is in a quiet residential location but within walking distance of all amenities.
The supermarket with an amazing fish counter is a ten minute walk away.

Almerimar with it`s 3000 hours of sunshine per year is perfect for family holidays.There are long beaches with sunbeds and shades available for hire and where there are also refreshment areas.Along from the beach is a 1000 yacht marina with yacht club,restaurants and bars.
Almerimar has a 27 hole golf course and is open all year. It was designed by Gary Player and has many interesting challenges.It welcomes casual as well as seasoned golfers.The club house was opened in 2010 and has first class facilities including restaurant and bar.The club is a 10 min walk or a 3 min drive from the house.
Nearby resorts are Roquetas popular for its shopping and water park.Within 40 mins drive are 3 Hollywood film sets open to the public. Hundreds of spaghetti westerns were made here by Clint Eastwood including A fistful of Dollars and The Magnificent Seven.
Tapas(free snack with each alcoholic drink) are customary in this region.
