Both apartments are south facing allowing you to maximize the afternoon sun from the private terraces. Laguna Beach caters for a local community of permanent residents as well as a selection of private holiday lets so you can be assured of a peaceful location constantly maintained to the highest of standards.
Each apartment has its own designated under ground parking space providing a high level of security and of course keeping your car cool in the summer months, lift access is available to all floors. Laguna Beach provides permanent onsite security and has security access only.
Adjoining the lounge is the kitchen with all crockery and utensils, fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor, toaster, washing machine, breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space. For your comfort we have installed air conditioning for those hot summer months and heating for the cooler months in both apartments. We have also provided an iron and iron board, travel cot and highchair, towels, linen, coat hangers, etc. Addional fold -up beds are available through special request with the owners.
Further details outdoors: The terraces overlook the gardens and private swimming pool and also face towards the beach which is 150 meters away. Laguna Beach is built around its own natural salt water lake. The lake also facilitates various water sporting activities, such as sailing and canoeing, however, please note that this does not include any motorised crafts so you are rest assured of peace and quiet in this picturesque location. On a clear day in the winter months the snow capped mountains of Sierra Nevada can be seen in the distance from the bedroom windows which hosts the popular and most southerly European ski resort
From the beach the promenade stretches all the way to the harbour, bars, restaurants and shops in the town of Almerimar. This is a 3.5Km walk along the promenade for the more energetic, bars and restaurants are found along the promenade, or 5 minutes in a car. There are four on site pools to choose from with a resident life guard and children's play area. These are situated in a grassed area and is maintained to the highest standard. The pools are open through the summer months (May to October but times do vary) after which time the pools will be closed for the winter months. Tennis courts and other facilities are available all year round.
