This attractive and spacious apartment is part of a brand new complex situated in the picturesque harbour town of Almerimar. The apartment is fully air conditioned with television, DVD player and a very well equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. It is furnished to a high standard with rustic Spanish furniture in every room. The complex has two large outdoor pools with jacuzzi, an indoor pool with gymnasium, a sauna and a steam room. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and yachting marina which is a popular centre for water sports. There are a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars to be found dotted around the largest marina in the region. The complex overlooks a beautiful Golf course , and is a short drive to several others and to the 'Cabo de Gata' nature reserve. The mountains of '' Las Alpujarras '' and the '' Sierra Nevada '' are an hour by car where you can ski during the winter months.
