This 2 bed light and airy penthouse apartment is south facing with breakfast balcony and steps leading to its own private roof terrace complete with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and barbeque for evening relaxation.

The apartment is equiped with air conditioning/heating, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and free-view sky and dvd player. It is situate within a safe gated complex with electronic key entry into an underground car park to keep your car cool during day time and providing lift/stairway directly up to the apartment.

Almerimar, just 40 mins drive from Almeria airport, has one of Spain's largest marinas with 1400 berths and a harbour surrounded by many bars, cafes and restaurants. It is a very family orientated, relaxing atmosphere.

A 27 hole golf course designed by Gary Player is just 5 minutes drive from this Laguna Beach apartment. With the Sierra Nevada mountain range only 2 hrs drive away, it is possible to ski in the morning and soak up the late afternoon sun, back in Almerimar.

Roquetas de Mar, 30 mins away, is a more lively town with a fantastic water park and miles of golden sand.

In Tabernas, just under an hours drive away, you can visit Mini Hollywood which was the location of the filming of many famous spaghetti westerns. A tourist information centre is near to hand to assist you with many more sites and activities.

Laguna Beach is situated less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade leading (45 min walk) to the marina.

All free of charge within the complex is the swimming, tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis and jacuzzi.

There is a bar at the poolside which is open late into the evening if you did not wish to leave the complex.

A good sized balcony with table and chairs is just outside the kitchen door and patio doors from the lounge area, where it is ideal for a peaceful breakfast, overlooking the pool and play area (not busy), enabling you to watch your children play. The balcony has steps leading to the the very large roof terrace with dining table, chairs and sun loungers. A built in barbeque is also installed for your use. From the roof terrace you are open to wonderful mountain views and also views over to the tennis/paddle tennis courts and other pool area and playground. The tennis courts are open until midnight! A cooler time to play! Also within the safe gated complex there is a gym, table tennis room and jacuzzi facilities for your use.

Cannoeing is available on the nearby Lake Victoria and horse riding at the nature reserve.

25% holding deposit is required and a £100 security deposit (refundable on return of keys). A meet and greet service is available at no extra cost to you. We can also arrange for a welcome pack if so required when arriving at unsociable hours.

Please note that the Spanish do not consider it to be summer until mid June and therefore the pools are open only between the dates of 15 June and 15 September. All other facilities however including tennis, table tennis, gym, jacuzzi are available throughout the year.
